Benchmark Senior Living seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like environment. You will join a team of dedicated colleagues who value support, camaraderie, and long-lasting resident relationships.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, documenting changes, directing caregivers, mentoring staff, coordinating care with providers, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• LPN license from an approved program.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with elderly residents is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, document, and communicate residents’ status accurately.
• Observe changes in health and report to care director and family per state regulations.
• Direct and supervise daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in all aspects of their job.
• Coordinate care with community providers via case management.
• Balance service demands with supporting resident independence.
• Respond to emergencies and regulatory reporting as needed.
