Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Per Diem Aide to provide in-home personal care and daily living support to clients in their own homes. You will assist with bathing, grooming, meal prep, and accompany clients to appointments as needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring client condition, documenting vital signs, and maintaining confidentiality using EVV. Required: valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transit; CPR is preferred and home care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit.
• 6+ months of home care experience
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminder
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
