UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Per Diem Aide to provide personal care and assist with daily living activities for individuals at home, including bathing, grooming, and mobility, with attention to safety and comfort. Responsibilities include supporting household tasks, meal prep, documenting client status, and coordinating with care teams while maintaining confidentiality.

The role offers flexible hours with pay ranging from $13.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on full-time employment, plus benefits

Competenze

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit.
• Preferred CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• 6+ months of home care experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminder.
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
