Qualifications

• Must have one of the following: Para test certification, 60 semester college credits, or proof of a college degree.
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in educational settings is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and staff.
• Demonstrated reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support for instructional and non-instructional activities.
• Support students with academic, behavioral, or physical needs—one-on-one or in a group setting.
• Follow educator instructions and school protocols with accuracy.
• Assist in reinforcing positive behaviors and classroom routines.
