Job summary

Applied ABC in Maryland is seeking per diem BCBAs to lead individualized ABA programs across school, home, hybrid, and center settings. This role offers clinical autonomy with a strong support team and flexible scheduling.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, analyze data, and collaborate with families and schools, with compensation of $90–$100 per hour plus benefits. Location: Silver Spring, MD.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Maryland BCBA/LBA licensure or applicable credential.
• Experience supervising RBTs and BST.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland.
• Experience working with children with ASD.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead individualized ABA treatment programs.
• Conduct assessments and analyze clinical data.
• Develop and update treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families and schools.
• Make data-driven programming decisions.
• Maintain high clinical and documentation standards.
