Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for per diem engagement with flexible hours and competitive hourly pay. You will provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services with clinical autonomy, working with children and families in in-person and hybrid settings.

You will partner with dedicated staffing coordinators and case managers, using the ATrack platform to streamline treatment planning, data collection, and documentation while delivering meaningful client

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Active state licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person services are required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to identify client needs and guide treatment.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, parent training, and ongoing guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and make clinically appropriate programming adjustments.
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment remains effective and individualized.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure services remain compliant with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and applicable state requirements.
• Deliver ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services.
