Job summary

Applied ABC in the United States is seeking a Per Diem BCBA to provide ABA services on an hourly, flexible schedule. The role supports in-person or remote delivery and emphasizes clinical excellence and outcomes for children and families.

You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise plans, train caregivers, collect data, and ensure compliance with BACB and HIPAA. A dedicated staffing coordinator and case manager support your caseload and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate
• State licensure where applicable
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint
