Job summary

Applied ABC in Maryland seeks Per Diem BCBAs to deliver in-person ABA services across school, home, hybrid, and center-based settings. You will maintain an active caseload, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams to drive meaningful outcomes.

This role offers flexible per diem scheduling, professional development, and opportunities to grow within the company while delivering evidence-based ABA therapy to children and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• 8-hour supervision certificate
• Maryland BCBA/LBA licensure or applicable state credential
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians
• Experience conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland assessments
• Experience developing treatment and behavior support plans
• Ability to provide in-person services across settings

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland)
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using BST
• Provide parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and adjust programming
• Support clients and team members during behavioral crisis situations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
