Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for per diem, hourly work with flexible scheduling. You will deliver ABA services, supervise RBTs, and coordinate with families and schools to drive meaningful outcomes.

We support clinicians with a dedicated staffing coordinator and case manager, and provide access to Applied ABC's clinical platform for data collection and documentation. Per diem positions enable great clinicians to balance impact with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
