Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a per diem BCBA to deliver individualized ABA services with flexible scheduling. Work can be in-person or remote, supporting meaningful progress for children and families across settings.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in ABA, a current BCBA credential, supervision certificate, and state licensure where applicable, with strong communication and collaboration with families and teams. Per diem scheduling supports balance while maintaining clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis

BCBA certification

Current 8-hour supervision certificate

State licensure where applicable

Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Strong communication and organizational skills

Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required

Authorized to work in the United States
