Staffing Coordinator & Case Manager

Job summary

Applied ABC in Michigan is seeking a Per Diem BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to deliver evidence-based ABA services with flexible hourly scheduling. You can work in-person or remotely, choosing cases that fit your availability, while receiving support from staffing coordinators and case managers.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, data-driven treatment planning, and collaboration with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
