Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCaBA to support individualized ABA programming, collaborating with BCBAs, RBTs, and families. The role offers hourly pay and flexible scheduling, with in-person or remote options depending on case needs.

The ideal candidate holds an active BCaBA certification, a relevantBachelor degree, and experience with children on the autism spectrum. You will supervision RBTs, collect data, document in the clinical platform, and ensure compliance with BACB and HIPAA

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification in good standing and a Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the United States (as required).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting client assessments, implement individualized treatment plans, and support ongoing skill evaluations
• Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate behavioral data and adjust support based on client progress
• Support parent and caregiver training and collaborate with BCBAs, families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and ensure full compliance with BACB, HIPAA, and payer requirements
