Job summary

Rise Family is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) in Surprise, AZ to provide family-centered care. The role offers flexible scheduling and independence as an independent contractor, allowing therapists to set their schedules and choose geographic areas for service.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
• In-home and/or clinical occupational therapy experience required.
• Must meet all prescribed professional requirements.

Responsibilities
