Arbor Therapy is seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric Home Health program as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license in good standing or eligible to obtain licensure before providing services.
• Current CPR certification and Article 9 certification by time services begin.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric occupational therapy evaluations in home and community settings.
• Provide individualized OT services based on each child’s plan of care.
• Develop measurable goals and evidence-based treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and modify interventions as clinically appropriate.
• Educate and coach parents and caregivers to support carryover within daily routines.
• Coordinate care with families, physicians, and other therapy professionals.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain all professional credentials and contractor requirements.
