Rise Services, Inc. is seeking Occupational Therapists to join our team as independent contractors. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to provide meaningful family-centered care in both clinic and community settings.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy services for children. The ideal candidate must have a master's degree in Occupational Therapy and a current Arizona license.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current Arizona Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
• In-home and/or clinical occupational therapy experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide ongoing direct therapy services.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and other providers.

Conhecimentos

In-home and/or clinical occupational therapy experience

Pediatric experience

Bilingual English/Spanish skills

Formação académica

Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy

Current Arizona Occupational Therapy license
