Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current Arizona Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
• In-home and/or clinical occupational therapy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide ongoing direct therapy services.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and other providers.

Skills

Pediatric experience

Bilingual English/Spanish skills

Education

Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
