Qualifications

• Arizona OTR/L license is required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 5 therapy sessions per week.
• Experience with pediatric and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Willing to work in patients' homes.
• Available after school hours.
