Job summary

OSI Electronics (Altaflex division) is seeking a Coverlay/Stiffener Application Operator to support the fabrication of flexible PCBs. You will prepare, align, tack and inspect materials, using a microscope to ensure precise placement and adhesion within tight tolerances.

The role requires 1+ year in PCB/FPCB manufacturing, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to read technical drawings and SOPs. Competitive hourly pay, strong benefits, and a fast-paced environment await.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Relevant work experience may be substituted for a degree.
• At least one (1) year of experience in PCB/FPCB manufacturing.
• Ability to read/follow technical drawings, travelers, and SOPs.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Detail oriented with good problem solving skills.
• Basic data entry and strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Coverlay and Stiffener materials and tack to flex circuits using a microscope and ensure adhesion and cleanliness.
• Operate lamination equipment to apply stiffeners and additional layers per process specs.

• Report quality problems to prevent recurrence and support corrective action.
