Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; experience may substitute a degree.
• Familiar with microscope and laboratory procedures in manufacturing environment helpful.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications desired.

• Utilize a microscope to verify products meet manufacturing guidelines.
• Record inspection results in logs and systems; report non-conformances promptly.
• Collaborate with production to address quality issues and support continuous improvement.
