Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the store, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor entrances and customer areas for suspicious activity and report observations.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately per site requirements.
