Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer - Part Time Enhanced in Wilmington, DE. This role offers flexible, reliable hours with a fixed anchor shift and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

The position supports customer service, performs patrols, enforces site policies, and responds to incidents with calm, methodical action.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, stockrooms, exterior walkways, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, and report observations to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and security-related documentation as assigned.
