Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Coordination in Wilmington, DE. This role offers flexible hours with fixed anchor shifts and opportunities to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities include customer service, unarmed patrols, incident response, and accurate documentation per site procedures. Minimum: 1 year security experience, HS diploma, background check, and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the site to deter incidents and identify concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and customer areas for suspicious activity and report observations to site leadership.
• Document incidents and patrol activities promptly in line with site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail store, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and customer areas for suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential loss‑prevention concerns, reporting observations to site leadership as directed.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and security‑related observations accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
