Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Springfield, MA. Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required for Allied Universal driver policy.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required under federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location including floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to site personnel.
• Assist with access control and deter theft through visible presence.
