Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Criminal history considered under applicable laws.

• Licensing requirements may be needed per state/regulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities and areas.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization, report unusual activity.
• Complete activity reports and shift communications per site requirements.
