Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol in Lowell, MA. The position offers flexible, dependable hours with a fixed anchor shift and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $24.00 per hour. The role includes daytime shifts on Mondays, with a six-month commitment at a designated site and potential to scale to up to 40 hours per week when needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution while following site policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and observations in reports and communicate during shift changes.
