Job summary

The McCormick Scottsdale, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a friendly Server to provide exceptional guest service, take orders, and deliver meals in a welcoming resort-style setting. You will greet guests, present menus, and work with kitchen and bar staff in a fast-paced environment; high standards of hospitality and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and guest-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to greet guests promptly, present menus, and make recommendations.
• Accurately enter guest orders into the POS system and process checks.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by taking food and beverage orders and delivering meals accurately.
• Enter orders into the POS system and handle guest checks and payments.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Support kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and participate in required training.
• Perform side work and other duties as assigned.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
