Allied Universal in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Customer Service Patrol. This role offers reliable hours at an assigned site with the potential to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $25.00 per hour. The position is designed for those seeking flexibility, income stability, and a path toward a full-time career in security, with duties including customer service, patrols, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• State, county or city-issued security license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Applicants must be at least 18 (unarmed) / 21 (armed) years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, parking lots, loading areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with site management, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed.
