Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security‑related experience.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, background check will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors and shoppers per procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in retail common areas and report issues.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete daily activity reports and site records as required.
