Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by enforcing security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, patient care areas, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, directions, and traffic or parking needs in a healthcare environment.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and action reports and communicate to site leadership or responders.
