Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and/or vendors per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and report to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail common areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and observe activity; report suspicious behavior and maintenance concerns.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and daily observations in reports with professional presence.
