Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff and vendors.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and alarms and document observations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Report hazards and policy violations as required.
