Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, including buildings and parking areas.
• Monitor access points by verifying credentials and directing authorized individuals.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and emergencies; document actions.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports per site requirements.
