Allied Universal in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Protocols to provide flexible, reliable security coverage at a designated site. Pay rate is $18.09/hour with anchored shifts and optional extra shifts to boost earnings.

This role emphasizes customer service, access control, and incident response. A minimum of 2 years security experience and a HS diploma are preferred, along with licensing and CPR being a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• State/county/city security license preferred.
• Must be 18+ (unarmed) or 21+ (armed).
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, screening visitors, issuing passes, and recording entries/exits.
• Observe inbound/outbound truck traffic, coordinate access for drivers/vendors, and report concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeters to deter unauthorized access.
