Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel per procedures.
• Monitor access to the site and verify credentials and passes.
• Observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic; report unusual activity to leadership.
• Respond calmly to incidents following site procedures and escalate when needed.
• Patrol entrances, parking, and loading areas to deter unauthorized access.
