Allied Universal in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer focused on access verification and unarmed patrols at a chemical/petrochemical location. Provide customer service, enforce site policies, and document observations.

The role offers flexible weekend scheduling, a chance to earn at $15.60 per hour, and growth opportunities through our shift-claim platform. Candidates should be 18+, HS diploma, pass background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual conditions, potential hazards, and policy violations, and report observations to appropriate site contacts.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with site requirements.
