Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and escalations calmly according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and monitored areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and observe movement of people and vehicles.
• Document observations and patrol activities accurately and communicate with leadership.
