Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Enhanced Security Officer in Chattanooga, TN. This flexible role offers fixed anchor shifts with opportunities to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

You will provide customer service, perform security patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents in a healthcare location. Minimum requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, and willingness to undergo background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, donors, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare locations, reporting unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized entry and disturbances.
• Respond calmly to incidents following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately per site requirements.
