Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in St Paul, MN. This flexible, dependable role offers fixed-anchor shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings, and supports a path toward full-time employment with industry-leading outcomes.

Pay rate is $19.48 per hour. The role emphasizes customer service, security procedures, and incident response within a healthcare facility setting, with a base schedule of DayTime Fri 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license.
Customer service experience preferred.
Alarm panel experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check required.
Drug screen required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare facility protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including exterior areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, reporting unusual conditions and assisting with access-control procedures in accordance with site policies.
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
