Allied Universal in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol Driver to safeguard travelers and staff at a transportation location. This role requires delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presence and responding to incidents per established protocols.

The position offers flexible scheduling (Thu/Fri evenings) and opportunities to grow within a dynamic, inclusive team.

Qualifications

Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and vendors as part of security procedures.
Minimum one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
CPR certification is preferred.
Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; background check required.
Background check and drug screen are required by policy.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional manner per protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, including terminal-adjacent facilities and parking areas.
Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized entry and support access-control procedures.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities and communicate to site leadership.
