Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Driver in Plymouth, MN. The role offers fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up extra shifts via the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program.

Pay rate is $19.48 per hour, with a Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM schedule and a six-month anchor shift commitment. This position provides customer service at a healthcare site, regular patrols, access control, incident reporting, and support for emergency responses.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, laboratories, offices, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter, documenting unusual conditions and reporting concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
