Qualifications

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license is required.
• Current Fingerprint Card in Arizona or willingness to obtain prior to start.
• Experience in school or pediatric healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess students’ PT needs within an educational framework.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with educators and families.
• Provide direct and consultative PT services to help students meet IEP goals.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for all services.
• Educate staff and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment use.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide observations and recommendations.
