Qualifications

• Active state license in Physical Therapy required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans for students with varying physical abilities.
• Deliver direct PT services and consult with teachers, staff, and families.
• Document progress, maintain records, and follow district and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IEP teams to support student goals.
• Rotate between assigned school sites, serving as a key resource for student mobility and access.
• Educate staff and caregivers on techniques to further student outcomes.
