Job summary

Peninsula Post-Acute in Burlingame, CA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our high-acuity, short-term rehabilitation team on a part-time basis. The RN will provide clinical oversight, assess residents, and coordinate care across disciplines in a fast-paced post-acute setting.

We offer scheduling flexibility with AM, PM, or NOC shifts and a competitive compensation range of $45.00-$48.00 per hour (DOE).

Qualifications

• California RN license in good standing is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings preferred.
• Ability to work AM/PM/NOC shifts and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee nursing care for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Monitor residents and communicate changes to the team.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and care planning.
• Guide and support LVNs and CNAs.
• Maintain compliant electronic medical records.
