Peninsula Post-Acute in Burlingame, CA is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time and on-call shifts with AM/PM/NOC options. This high-acuity post-acute rehab setting emphasizes resident-centered care and collaboration among a multidisciplinary team.

You will lead nursing care for residents, perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate admissions and discharges, and ensure accurate documentation while supporting LVNs and CNAs.

Qualifikationen

• Current and active California RN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing/post-acute/rehabilitation/sub-acute settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide and oversee nursing care for a designated group of residents; ensure medications and treatments are administered accurately and safely.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition; communicate findings to physicians and the team.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and care planning; coordinate with residents, families, and staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Offer guidance and support to LVNs and CNAs; promote compliance with policies and standards.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records in line with regulatory requirements.
