Job summary

Vivie is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in Minneapolis. You will provide direct nursing care in clients’ homes, educate families, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• CPR within 6 months of hire.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Travel to client homes within designated regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in home settings.
• Document all services in Vivie’s EMR system and manage supervisory visits.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, physicians, and the team.
• Participate in team meetings and other duties as needed.
