David’s Bridal is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Connecticut to lead a high-performing Dream Maker team, ensure five-star customer service, and drive sales by coaching staff and managing daily operations.

You’ll oversee shift assignments, monitor payroll, and ensure inventory controls while delivering a welcoming, inclusive guest experience. This role offers part-time hours with opportunities for growth and bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of prior retail management experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-first culture across all roles on the floor.
• Oversee active floor management by assigning shifts, reviewing results, and giving feedback for guest satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing coaching to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitor payroll to ensure hours stay within budget and manage timesheets for all shifts.
• Drive store to meet Total Monthly Income goals through foundational excellence and leadership.
• Manage inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and quality standards.
