DiBella’s Subs in Pittsburgh is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead a team, ensure fast and friendly service, and help manage daily shift duties. You will guide crew members, handle subs prep, and run the register while maintaining quality and efficiency.

The role requires prior restaurant experience, a Valid Driver’s License, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training will be provided to develop leadership and operational skills.

Qualifications

• Must have prior restaurant experience.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew during your shift with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Assist with subs preparation and running the register.
• Oversee cleaning, scheduling and other shift duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and guidance to staff.
