Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian certification required or eligible in state of practice.
- Knowledge of CMS/state/federal nutrition care regulations is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical data and weight/n intake trends.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
