Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA services focused on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. We value collaboration, flexibility, and ethical practice, with a supportive environment for growth in both clients and staff.

This role requires an active RBT certification at the time of application and offers a starting pay of $24–$27 per hour, based on experience, with part-time hours (20 hours weekly) and flexible scheduling to accommodate

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment
