Circle Care Services in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to work with children with autism in the home, school, or clinic setting. You will implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision and help support meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Personal transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback.
• Willingness to complete training for the registered behavior technician role (if not already certified).
• Interest in behavioral health and working as a behavioral health technician.

Responsibilities

• Provide aba therapy services as an aba therapist under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
