Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. The role offers afternoon/after-school, part-time hours with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health.

Salary ranges from $25–$30 per hour, with supervision and onboarding support to help you apply your skills confidently and make a real impact with families served.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and receptive to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
